+ Learn Design Process: Develop skills in silo sketching, understanding of garment construction, learn fabric library, fabrications, color balance and development
+ Support in development of line: Build and maintain color palettes for the team, support in trend and market research, help to maintain line sheets, developing design cards, and responsible for editing product details throughout design review process that impact final execution of product commercialization
