As Assistant Controller, you will collaborate closely with the Controller and General Manager to manage financial reporting, cost accounting, and budgeting processes. This role is crucial for supporting SAP implementations and ensuring compliance with ASPE/GAAP standards while leading a dynamic finance team in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the month-end, quarter-end, and annual financial close processes
• Maintain integrity of the general ledger through reconciliations
• Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
• Act as SME for SAP finance processes and improvements
• Analyze manufacturing variances and manage standard costing methodologies
