What will I be doing?
Reporting to and supporting the Processing Contract Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the contract operates efficiently, safely and profitably. In the absence of the Processing Contract Manager, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the operation. Meeting the client in order to build relationships and understand their needs, so as to maintain long term contracts/partnerships. You will also assist in setting key personal objectives and key performance indicators to members of the team. You will contribute to the financial performance of the contract by reviewing overtime and wage summaries, supporting budget setting, analysing financial information, and ensuring accurate month‑end predictions.
