Equans is looking for an Assistant Commercial Manager to join our team in Wakefield on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
The role holder will provide pre- and post-contract commercial management support across a portfolio of Facilities Management PFI contracts within the Healthcare sector. The role supports the protection of contractual value, management of risk, and delivery of strong commercial governance, working closely with clients, operational teams, and internal support functions.
What will you deliver?
- Support the commercial management of FM / PFI contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, Project Agreements, and Payment Mechanisms.
