Job Summary:
Responsibilities to assist the Head Coach with coaching and program development for programs within institutional, conference and NCAA Division II -regulations, inclusive of scheduling, budget management
and recruitment and retention of student-athletes. Start Date of June 1, 2026
Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Assist with planning and strategy related to specific practices and games, as well as the overall season and program.
Assist with conducting regular team practice sessions.
Recruit student athletes and coordinate recruitment efforts with the Admissions Office.
Scout opponent teams, contact and visit high schools to evaluate athletic performance and potential.
Meet with students, parents, coaches, and guidance counselors to discuss the Franklin Pierce University athletic and academic programs.
