Key Responsibilities
Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing daily engineering operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, BMS, elevators, and general maintenance.
Supervise engineering associates, allocate duties, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
