Job Description
- 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Weekend availability required
- Cooking on a fast-paced line with made-to-order dishes
- Prepping fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Maintaining a clean, organized station
- Working closely with a tight-knit team during high-volume service
- Support caterings and on site event custom orders
- Memorize recipes and seasonal menu changes
- Lift over 50lbs
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Reliability is non-negotiable (on time, shows up, consistent)
- Ability to handle high-volume service without cutting corners
- Pride in food quality and attention to detail
