Carnduff Co-op is hiring an Assistant C-Store Manager on a full-time permanent basis at our new C Store based in Carnduff, SK. 
Carnduff Co-op currently has 3 locations operating in the town of Carnduff, and is excited to bring more services to the community. With the new C-Store soon to open, we are looking for someone that can help bring excitement, mentorship, and help build a strong cultured workplace from day one! What you’ll do:
Assists the Store Manager in translating company vision into departmental initiatives and supports pricing, promotions, and product strategies based on local market conditions and competition.
Provides assistant department leadership through goal setting, performance management, training, team scheduling, and accountability to achieve operational objectives.
