Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Operations Manager in running day-to-day branch functions at Success Factor Karachi. This is an operational and people-facing role that requires equal parts structure, initiative, and counselling competence. The incumbent assists in team coordination, student pipeline management, registration targets, and internal accountability — while also carrying an active student counselling portfolio.
