Responsibilities
- Reporting to the F&B Manager, responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of the bar team, ensuring the smooth operation of the profitable bar.
- Inspire and lead the bar team to deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations, ensuring each guest enjoys a unique and memorable experience.
- Mentor and cultivate the skills of the bar team, fostering growth in mixology expertise and impeccable customer service.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve collective goals of revenue growth and sustained profitability.
- Ensure smooth operations and a motivated team ready for success by assisting with schedules, sales incentives, training, and additional outlet responsibilities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the bar’s offerings, including menu items, promotions, and events.
