 Planning and execution of attractive and diverse activities/events in coordination with the Resort and Operations Manager
 Be an inspiring Team leader for Active team members (especially those responsible for Children Activities)
 Caring for guests and members
 Creating the weekly programs
 Organizing, conducting including sporadic support of various events in the Resort
 Participating in daytime and evening entertainment, shows, gastrotainment etc.
 Control and management of equipment, including the compilation of inventories
 
  Was du mitbringst 
 Minimum age 23 years
 Prior work experience in sports, entertainment, guest relations, Mini/Kids Club or comparable, ideally within the hospitality or tourism sector
 Certifications in child or youth care are considered a plus
 Strong social and intercultural communication competen...
