Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join our team in Cardiff . You will be part of an existing team covering a diverse local portfolio, responsible for asset management strategy, lease management, and steering external property management.
This is a hands‑on role with real scope to add value. The portfolio carries strong development potential, and we are looking for someone with the creativity and drive to make the most of it.
You will be based at our Cardiff office. While we embrace a flexible approach to work, our policy requires working from the office three days a week.
Responsibilities
- Manage lettings, renewals, rent reviews, lease surrenders, and associated capital expenditures, including initiating and negotiating commercial lease terms of your assigned portfolio.
