Job Description
Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an **Asset Disposition Specialist** located in **Richmond, VA 23224 zip code.** .
**Pay: $15.49 per hour**
**REMOTE: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm**
**4 months**
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
+ Managing a pipeline of accounts where the client has defaulted on a loan secured by real property. The Bank will take possession of that collateral in an attempt to re-coup the money it has not been paid.
+ Communicating with FC attorneys, updating of accounts as appropriate, preparing of bids and moving accounts to REO.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ MS Office
+ Good written communication skills
+ Self-starter
+ Reliable means to report in office 5 days per week for duration.
