As a Senior Asset Diagnostics Expert, you will monitor customer data, identify deviations, and provide actionable insights to support contract performance and customer value. You will work as part of a global, collaborative team with diverse expertise.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse customer operational data on a daily basis.
- Investigate deviations and identify root causes.
- Open and manage cases with customers, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Produce and publish monthly performance and insight reports.
- Participate in contract core teams and relevant stakeholder forums.
- Contribute to the development of diagnostic handbooks, tools, and AI‑driven solutions.
