Leading the Asset Data team, the role provides direction, technical expertise, and oversight to ensure effective delivery of asset data management activities.
 The Asset Data & Information Manager develops reporting and dashboard solutions, drives data quality and assurance, and identifies opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency to maximise asset lifecycle value and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end asset change process, ensuring all documentation, approvals, and data updates meet governance standards.
Lead and manage the Asset Data team, providing direction, technical expertise, and ensuring activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the asset register, ensuring it reflects the organisation’s estate portfolio.
