**Job Summary**
+ Perform finishing and assembly tasks for small manufactured parts
+ Support production processes for aerospace and medical components
+ Focus on precision, quality, and safety in a production setting
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform assembly tasks (fastening, bonding, insert installation)
+ Complete finishing work (sanding, masking, marking, measuring)
+ Operate molding machines to produce small parts
+ Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
+ Follow procedures, tolerances, and work instructions
+ Use hand and light power tools safely
+ Maintain clean and organized work area
+ Support overall production needs
