This dynamic individual will oversee production processes to ensure operations are efficient, meet quality standards, and are completed on time. A strong leader with expertise in manufacturing, technical drawing interpretation, and process improvement will thrive in this critical position.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Assist with kitting, production, assembly, and pack out processes, ensuring efficiency, high-quality output, safety compliance, and timely delivery of products.
+ Manage the daily activities and personnel of the daily production (kitting and pack out) function, which may include electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, or measurement product assembly on components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies.
