Job Description
***Must have: **At least 5 years of Supervisor/Management experience in mechanical assembly, testing, gas turbines, or power generation industries.
*Must be US Citizen
*Must be able to pass drug test
*Cannot have criminal history (Felony)
FUNCTION:
Supervises the assembly department by assigning tasks and providing resources to accomplish quality, productivity / efficiency, schedule, cost and employee relations goals.Uses technical knowledge and sound judgment to ensure key result areas are achieved and responsibilities are fulfilled.
KEY RESULTS AREAS:
Product quality is assured by enforcing disciplines to standard operating procedures, frozen processes and elimination of variation / deviation from work instructions.
