Assembly Production Supervisor (1st or 2nd Shift)

OVERVIEW
Team leader on assembly lines, ensure and lead service departments to achieve company goals through strategies and teamwork.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Professional or technical preparation.
- 2-3 years of experience as a supervisor or personnel leader.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
- English 50%
- Knowledge of manufacturing / assembly processes.
- Basic knowledge of problem solving tools (5 whys, Ishikawa, 8D’s).
- Leadership

- Ease of speech, good communication
- Basic knowledge of Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
