Job Description
**Position Summary**
This role is responsible for the precise assembly, wiring, and inspection of **medical devices (hearing aids)** following strict work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Assembler will regularly use **microscopes** and specialized hand tools, requiring a **high degree of dexterity and accuracy** .
**Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**
+ **Precision Assembly & Finishing:**
+ **Wire and solder** small components.
+ Assemble mechanical and electrical parts using small hand tools, a **high-speed burr, and an ultrasonic cutter** .
+ Prepare devices for wiring (including creating layout guides) and perform final finishing (trimming, sanding, and buffing).
+ **Quality Control & Testing:**
+ Conduct thorough quality checks, including **electro-acoustic testing** , visual inspection, and listening checks.
+ **Program/reprogram** devices as required.
+ **Production & Compliance:**
