Assembly and Test NPI Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology transfer activities for the Kulim Assembly and Test Manufacturing site. This role serves as the single program owner accountable for planning, executing, and delivering complex, cross‑functional NPI programs from early engineering builds through high‑volume manufacturing (HVM), balancing schedule, cost, quality, and risk to meet product launch and customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Ownership and Governance
   • Own end to end NPI program execution, driving new product and technology transfer from Product Division and Technology Development into Penang Assembly and Test Manufacturing.
