**Manufacturing Assembler – Hiring Now**
**Available Shifts:**
+ **1st Shift:** Mon–Thurs | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
+ **2nd Shift:** Mon–Thurs | 4:30 PM –3:00 AM
**What You’ll Do**
+ Assemble, inspect, and pack metal parts
+ Perform visual quality checks
+ Use basic hand tools and gauges
+ Assist with press operations and material handling
+ Follow work orders and enter basic data on a computer
**What We’re Looking For**
+ Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Able to lift up to 40 lbs
+ Basic computer and math skills
+ Reliable, team‑focused attitude
