**Truss Builder**
Sioux Falls Area | **$20–$22/hr** | **2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 5 PM–3 AM** _(Every Other Saturday Required)_
Looking for a hands-on job where the day flies by? Join a fast-paced team building roof trusses used in residential and commercial construction.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Assemble roof trusses on a production line
+ Position lumber using layout guides
+ Use hammers and hand tools to secure components
+ Lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
+ Meet daily production and quality goals
**What We're Looking For:**
+ Ability to pass a tape measure test
+ Construction or manufacturing experience preferred
+ Strong work history and reliability
+ Ability to perform heavy physical labor and stay active all shift
**Work Environment:**
+ Fast-paced and physically demanding
+ Hot in summer, cooler in winter
+ Indoor facility (not climate controlled)
