**Hiring Entry Level Assemblers for Catheter Assembly & Packaging**
**Job Summary**
Assemble and package catheter-based medical devices in a cleanroom environment using microscopes, small hand tools, and specialized equipment. Follow FDA, GMP, GDP, and quality standards while maintaining accurate production documentation.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble catheter devices using tweezers, razors, and other small hand tools.
+ Work with small components under a **microscope** , including catheter tubes, guidewires, and sheaths.
+ Cut, trim, and assemble catheter components to specification.
+ Operate equipment such as balloon blowing machines, UV curing systems, hot boxes, ovens, and refrigeration units.
+ Package finished products and prepare hydrogel as required.
+ Complete Lot History Records (LHR) and production documentation accurately.
+ Follow GMP, GDP, FDA, and cleanroom procedures.
