+ Experience with production or manufacturing assembly in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to perform kitting activities to prepare parts and components for assembly.
+ Proficiency with crimping and wiring tasks using appropriate tools
+ Ability to read and follow blueprints, production drawings, and work orders accurately.
+ Comfort using hand tools and power tools in a production setting.
+ Capability to work independently while remaining comfortable in a team-oriented environment.
