We are seeking a dependable **Assembly Associate** to join a small, clean manufacturing facility in Dahlonega, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous assembly experience who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and are looking for long-term employment.

**Shift:** 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Pay Rate:** $ 15.00/hour

**Responsibilities**
+ **Product Assembly:** Follow detailed verbal instructions, blueprints, assembly diagrams, and work instructions to accurately build subassemblies and finished products.
+ **Quality Assurance:** Inspect parts before, during, and after assembly to ensure proper fit, alignment, functionality, and the absence of defects.
+ **Tool Operation:** Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment required for assigned assembly tasks.
