Capital SMART is Australia and New Zealand's leading accident repair network, with 60+ sites delivering high-quality, high-volume repairs every day. We're looking for a reliable Assembler to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role
You'll play a key part in the repair process — stripping vehicles down before work begins and refitting them once panel and paint work is complete, ensuring every car leaves the workshop looking and functioning as it should.
What you'll be doing:
- Removing and refitting bumpers, lights, trims, glass, and mechanical components
- Preparing vehicles for panel and paint work
- Reassembling vehicles post-repair to manufacturer specifications
- Checking your work for quality and accuracy before sign-off
- Maintaining a clean, organised work area
- Completing job cards and documentation accurately
