Responsibilities

• Offload hot asphalt oil
• Operate and run mixing operations on the asphalt plant and ensure material quality and compliance with specifications
• Ensure consistent production to meet daily orders
• Perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment and plants, keeping accurate and thorough records of plant performance and production
• Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including scaling, ticketing, and assisting in asphalt orders
• Complete daily checklists, journals, and reports
• Collaborate with plant operators, truckers, quality control and dispatch teams
