Job Title: Asphalt Patch Crew Foreman
Location: York, PA
Type: Direct Hire
Foreman for Patch Crew
+ Requires hands on field leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to oversee production, equipment, and job site workflow to meet project specifications and deadlines
+ Conduct daily job briefings based on work orders and instructions from the Project Manager or Superintendent.
+ Review project plans and layout requirements; organize the day’s operations accordingly.
+ Assign tasks to laborers and equipment operators based on crew capabilities and daily work orders.
+ Lead daily safety meetings (“toolbox talks”) to review hazards, site conditions, and OSHA protocols.
+ Perform pre shift equipment inspections for pavers, rollers, skid steers, excavators, and additional machinery.
