Receive incoming pieces and check serial number matches to PO. Deliver pieces to customer's shipping personal when they come for pick-up. Manage the development, completion and distribution of all monthly reports. Support various presentations as needed. Invoice all complete orders, issue commercial and tax invoices, create fiscal invoices, update daily sales reports, enter sales in portal, track minimum billing / blanket PO quantity, send invoices to customers Greet and assist all visitors and assign security badges.
