Manage internal/external meetings and special events.
Answer phones, greet visitors, deliver mail, order office supplies, process expense vouchers, assist in new employee office setup, provide back-up admin support.
What you’ll do
- I will be in charge of the complete supplier management process, from the purchase order to the reception of the service
- Support in the creation of various events within the company
- Manage the internal storage and parking lots of the company
- Take care of the different requirements of our suppliers
