Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Accounting Consultant to support a high-volume lease accounting initiative focused on technical accounting analysis, documentation, and audit readiness. The ideal candidate will evaluate complex lease arrangements, apply ASC 842 guidance, and develop well-supported accounting conclusions for a large and evolving lease portfolio.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical accounting background, experience interpreting complex contractual arrangements, and the ability to produce clear, audit-ready documentation while operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
W2 Hourly Rate: $80-90/hr DOE
+ Perform technical accounting assessments and analyses in accordance with ASC 842.
+ Review and interpret lease agreements and related contractual arrangements to determine the appropriate accounting treatment.
