Asbestos Abatement Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Asbestos Abatement Technician to join our clients team. An Asbestos Abatement Technician is responsible for the safe removal, handling, containment, and disposal of asbestos-containing materials from residential, commercial, and industrial sites. This role requires strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company procedures to protect workers, occupants, and the surrounding environment.

Pay: $25.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Remove and dispose of asbestos-containing materials safely and in accordance with provincial and federal regulations.
• Set up and maintain containment areas, negative air systems, and decontamination units.
• Perform site preparation, including sealing work areas and posting appropriate hazard signage.
