Your Mission:

Own the customer journey after the sale and turn customers into long-term partners and advocates.

What You'll Do:

• Onboarding & Implementation: Lead smooth onboarding, product training, and goal-setting for new B2B clients to get them to value fast
• Relationship Management: Be the trusted advisor for 30-50 mid-market / enterprise accounts — run regular business reviews, check-ins, and success planning
