Collaborating closely with the HR Manager, you will lead onboarding programs, develop HR policies, and provide guidance on employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and review HR policies and procedures
• Conduct New Hire Orientations for incoming employees
• Maintain up-to-date employee records for compliance
• Collaborate with recruitment on staffing strategies
• Facilitate workplace investigations and provide resolutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources required
