Your New Role

In this role, you will work closely with feature teams to design and create visual effects that elevate the gameplay experience to the next level. You will collaborate with art direction and discipline leadership to ensure creative alignment and consistency across the project. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the VFX pipeline, working alongside technical teams and leveraging available tools. As a key member of the team, you will coach and mentor others, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help elevate the overall quality of the work. You will play an active role in maintaining clear communication, supporting cross‑functional needs, and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently.
