Artisan Flatbread Baker - Pide, Lavash & Lahmacun

Emir Turkish Restaurant in Dubai is seeking a bakery-focused team member to support the daily production of traditional flatbreads, including pide, lavash and lahmacun, ensuring recipes and quality standards are followed.

You will prepare doughs, shape and bake breads, maintain cleanliness of equipment, monitor stock, assist the Head Chef, and uphold HACCP procedures in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
