Qualification details Grade 12 (Matric) Recognised Electrical Trade Test N3 Electrical Engineering or higher Experience 35 years post-trade experience in FMCG, food, beverage, packaging, or manufacturing environments. Experience with production and packaging equipment. Exposure to PLCs, VSDs, instrumentation, and automated systems. High-care food manufacturing experience advantageous. Functional Competencies Electrical fault finding PLC and control systems troubleshooting Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) Motors, sensors, instrumentation, and control circuits Preventative maintenance systems Reading electrical drawings and schematics Root cause analysis CMMS/maintenance management systems
