Job Description
REMOTE AI Engineer
Duration: Long-term contract
Hours: 10am 7pm IST
Required Skills & Experience
-4+ years of hands-on experience working with AI / Gen AI systems
-Must have experience within a Research & Development (R&D) environment
-Strong backend engineering background (Python)
-Experience designing and implementing agentic AI systems Tool-using agents
-Multi-step workflows, Agent orchestration, Hands-on experience with LLMs and Gen AI frameworks (Lang Chain or similar)
-Deep understanding of how Gen AI systems work, including limitations and failure modes
-Experience evaluating and validating Gen AI responses to prevent stakeholder-facing errors
-Experience taking solutions from Po C to production
-Strong understanding of enterprise-grade requirements (security, scalability, reliability)
