Art Teacher

Simply Education is working with a couple of secondary schools across Northamptonshire that are looking to recruit enthusiastic and reliable Art Teachers to lead and deliver lessons across a range of year groups.

The Role:

Deliver practical and theory lessons on Art.
Demonstrate tools and techniques including perspective, shading and value.
Supervise safety and behaviour during practical sessions.
Maintain equipment by inspecting tools and managing material stock.
Prepare students for subject examinations like GCSEs and A-Levels.We're looking for:

Eligibility to work in the UK.
QTS/PGCE qualified.
Enthusiasm, friendliness and approachability.
Understanding of the secondary aged art curriculum and pastoral needs.
Ability in delivering lessons and feedback.
Confidence in behaviour management skills.
