Are you an experienced Art Teacher looking for work in Birmingham?
Winner Education are seeking a qualified Art teacher for a Special Needs school in the South Birmingham area. This role is part time (3 days per week), you must also have a QTS with previous SEN experience, in particular Autism. This is to start in September on a long term basis.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work alongside the Curriculum Lead in tailoring lesson plans based on learner requirements
Adapt lessons to suit the needs of children
Create a stimulating learning environment
Support KS3 and KS4 pupils
Conduct informal assessments and progress reports for individual pupils
Work in partnership with Curriculum Lead and Pastoral team to ensure each pupil is meeting their targets and potential
Provided excellent communication with parents when required
