What You Can Expect

The primary objective of the Area Sales Manager (ASM) is to supervise the sales and marketing activities of the designated area to achieve revenue targets by providing excellent service and advice to current customers, while also leveraging new and existing business to grow market share. The incumbent will be based in Kolkata, covering East India states.

Support and Review Current Business

• Supervise the activities of DMs and PS to achieve sales targets.
• Identify growth opportunities within the area for product penetration.
• Assist in establishing and coordinating sales and marketing programs per goals and budgets.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, product launches, promotions, strategies to achieve sales targets, and competitor monitoring.
