With the new ownership and ambitious growth plans, MAAG Gear is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager – Southeast Asia who will drive market penetration, strategic customer acquisition, and capital upgrade growth across the heavy industrial sectors of Indonesia and the Philippines. The core mandate is to aggressively capture greenfield & brownfield opportunities in the Mining and Pulp & Paper sectors.

The role utilizes a network of third‑party agents and distributors across the region. Using these agents and distributors, the role will partner with these local teams to build customer relationships at the plant level, uncover specialized machinery upgrade projects, and drive recurring aftermarket revenue.
