Age : 25-35 Experience 3 to 5 years as ASM Department: Sales Region : Mysore Language: English Hindi and Kannada Industry Preferred: Alcobev Job Discrption : Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed established territory revenue targets. Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor local sales representatives and channel partners. Set individual and team KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and drive motivation. Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, shifting customer preferences, and broader market trends to identify new business opportunities. Key Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers. Ensure optimal stock availability and brand awareness in the region. Reporting & Forecasting: Analyze sales data, track conversion rates, and prepare detailed sales forecasts/reports for senior management. Manage sales technology and CRMs to ensure accurate account planning.
