Your role
You will oversee the distributors within the assigned regions in Johor to align with business strategies and meet targets. Additionally, you will also develop trade-specific strategies, plan distribution routes, drive shipments and market sales, explore new opportunities, manage trade spend effectively, and coach distributors team to ensure outstanding trade execution.
