Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible from implementing Ferrero Building Blocks in all NKA and LKA stores in the assigned territory
  • Manages and organizes the assigned territories, stores and clients in order to reach the defined sales targets.
  • Follow the set routing plan and procedure of visit in the Point of Sales (POS).
  • Control Merchandiser Agency performance and verify that products are available, properly placed, prices are visible, advertising materials are in the right place, time and quantity, if not - ensure the required visibility.
  • Improves, monitors and reports in-store execution level with Sales Force Automation tools and MyPS program.
  • Set and monitor Customer Quality and Freshness KPI targets with special focus to freshness control & stock management
