Area Operations Manager - IXD Launch (Mexico)

Amazon Mexico is seeking an Area Manager for a new Inbound Cross Dock (IXD) in Veracruz. You will lead multiple hourly teams, coach other managers, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time deliveries across the operation.

You will drive process improvements, implement new technologies, and align cross‑functional partners to meet service level agreements, with a focus on efficiency and scalability in our growing Latin American network.
