ABOUT THE ROLE
Amrize, a leading supplier of quality construction building materials in the United States, is seeking an Area Manager to support the Ready Mix product line in the South Maryland Region. Primarily responsible for the attainment of production and distribution objectives for assigned ready mix plants;
effective management and mentoring of subordinates to attain quality and productivity targets, compliance with legislative requirements, plant rules, safe work procedures, practices and work instructions;
performs various OH&S program activities such as inspections, training and incident investigations;
provides plants and onsite customer service;
meets financial targetsand budget objectives;
interfaces with other functional groups to maintain safe and efficient facili...
