Job Description
The Area Manager will oversee a cluster of F&B branches to ensure operational excellence, drive sales growth, and maintain strict brand standards across all assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage day-to-day F&B operations across 4 to 6 store branches.
- Enforce strict BOH standards, food safety compliance, labor scheduling efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor store-level P&L statements, implement cost control measures, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct regular store audits, operational reviews, and team coaching sessions.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as an Area Manager or Multi-Unit Supervisor in high-volume F&B store operations.
- Solid operational emphasis on Back-of-House (BOH) processes and store-level financial metrics.
