Overview
The Area Manager is responsible for leading a small group (typically 6 to 8 locations with total volume of $20-30M) of store managers across dual brands (Crocs and Hey Dude). In this role you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through both brands consumer service initiative, maintain visual excellence across the assigned market and dual brands and drive operational compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.
